Right choice of the required synthetic material
You can rely on us - we can submit suggestions comprising a variety of synthetic materials offering different processing features according to your requirements.
In special cases, we combine different synthetic materials in form of a coextrusion. In this way, coextruded, i.e. hard and soft materials, as well as different-coloured profiles can be manufactured by only one tool.
Material and colours
We are able to adjust colours precisely with our own material processing.
It's not important whether you give us a RAL-colouring or furnish us with a corresponding colour sample. We'll adjust the colouring for you and show you patterns so that you can decide.
Surface refining
Do you need to refine the surface of your profiles? We are able to suggest different possibilities which will meet your requirements, e.g. by applying high-quality coloured foils in a hot stamping procedure.
