Tool manufacturing

After precise agreement of details and your order, we will proceed as follows:
You approve our ttp CAD-drawing. This drawing will be the basis for the manufacture of the tool. Upon tool construction, the nozzle and the calibrating device as well as probable necessary successions will be manufactured in our tool shop and started up on one of our extruders.

Corrections of the tool will be carried out until the profile corresponds with the drawing and can be sampled. If this meets your approval, the requested profiles will be mass-produced, packed and dispatched.

After this process the tool will be carefully cleaned, polished, and stored in our tool store so that it can be used for a further manufacture of your profile at any time.
